These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or enrols in a programme provided by Glide Nigeria Limited.

1. Who we are

E-comm Academy Online is an online training programme operated by Glide Nigeria Limited, Lagos, Nigeria. References to “we”, “us” and “the academy” mean Glide Nigeria Limited.

2. Enrolment and account

Enrolment in E-Commerce Business Masterclass costs ₦15,000 as a one-time payment and grants 12 months access from the date your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Accounts are for a single learner and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. Course content and intellectual property

All videos, templates, checklists and written materials remain the intellectual property of Glide Nigeria Limited. You may use them for your own business. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell or publicly share the course materials.

4. No guarantee of results

This programme is educational. We do not guarantee sales, income, profit or any specific business outcome. Results depend on your market, capital, effort and many factors outside our control. Nothing on this website should be read as financial, legal or tax advice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Every transaction is verified on our servers before course access is granted. Prices are shown in NGN and may change for future enrolments without affecting access you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or revoke access where these terms are breached.

7. Changes to the programme

We may add, update or replace lessons and resources to keep the material current. Updates made during your access period are included at no extra cost.
